• The Patient Information Leaflet included with your adrenaline auto-injector, explains how, why and when you should use your pen.

• Translation sheets – take these with you when you go abroad. They explain what you are allergic to in four different languages to help you avoid your triggers. Just click on the one you want and print it off: French, German, Italian and Spanish.

• Travel Certificate – you may need one of these before you travel abroad. Remember to fill it in and ask your GP to sign it in plenty of time before you go.
