*How to use it…

Grasp the EpiPen® in your dominant hand with your thumb nearest the blue cap and form a fist around the auto-injector with the orange tip pointing downwards.

Remove the blue safety cap by pulling it straight up with the other hand.

Hold the EpiPen® roughly 10 cm away, with the orange tip pointing towards your outer thigh.

Jab the auto-injector firmly into outer thigh at a right angle and listen for the click.

Hold firmly against thigh for 3 seconds.

EpiPen® should be removed and safely discarded. Gently massage the injection area for 10 seconds.

Dial 112, ask for an ambulance and say 'anaphylaxis' (anna-fill-axis).
