*How to use it…

Grasp EpiPen in dominant hand with thumb nearest blue cap and form fist around unit, with orange tip down.

Remember, blue to sky, orange to thigh

Remove the blue safety cap by pulling it straight up with the other hand.

Hold the EpiPen® roughly 10 cm away, with the orange tip pointing towards your outer thigh.

Jab the EpiPen® firmly into your outer thigh at a right angle.

Hold firmly against thigh for 3 seconds.

EpiPen should be removed and safely discarded. Gently massage the injection area for 10 seconds.

Dial 112, ask for an ambulance and say 'anaphylaxis' (anna-fill-axis).
